3. Package Pricing and Payment Terms

- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon through a custom contract.

- Digital Marketing Packages: For subscription services, you may cancel at any time. Services rendered during the current billing cycle are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, no further services will be provided, and billing will cease at the end of the current cycle.
- Custom solutions and one-off digital marketing campaigns are non-refundable once initiated.
5. Project Timelines
- Upon receipt of full payment or initial deposit, CMKC.com will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of services.

6. Client Responsibilities

- CMKC.com is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information or approval within agreed timelines.
- The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content provided.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the final website design or digital marketing deliverables (excluding third-party licensed software or tools used).
- CMKC.com reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.
- Any tools, templates, or licensed software used in the creation of the website remain the property of CMKC.com or the respective third-party owners.
8. Revisions and Additional Work
- Packages typically include a limited number of revisions as detailed in the package description.
- Additional revisions or changes outside the scope of the package will be subject to extra charges at our standard hourly rate or as agreed upon.

12. Limitation of Liability
- CMKC.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services.
- Our total liability in any matter related to the purchase of packages shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the respective service.
13. Termination of Services
- CMKC.com reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches any of the terms set forth in this agreement, including but not limited to failure to make timely payments or failure to provide required information.
- Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services already rendered will be due immediately.
14. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from or related to the sale of packages must first be addressed through negotiation between the client and CMKC.com.
